Disclaimer for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use bedexists.garden. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Who We Are and Are Not

Bedexists Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not cut down trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps or trim branches. If work happens on your property, an independent provider does it, not Bedexists Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse them. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, price or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

Information Is General

What you read here is general information. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer or financial expert. Every tree and every property is different. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Prices on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They change with the job, location, tree size, access and other things. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you if your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your coverage.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can involve power lines, falling wood and weakened buildings. Please do not put yourself at risk. Keep far from downed lines and contact your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, reach local emergency services first.

How Bedexists Tree Service Is Paid

Bedexists Tree Service may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site correct and up to date. We cannot promise that it is complete or that it has no mistakes.
